Shopping List for the Week of February 17th

This list is for ingredients posted in this week's recipes. Be sure to add your favorite snacks, fruits and veggies to this list. Remember the key to eating to live is being prepared!

3 large green apples
2 dozen eggs
Coconut Oil
Coconut Milk
Coconut Flour
Almond flour
Small Bunch of Bananas
Raw Honey
4 medium sweet potatoes
Bunch of Green Onions
2lbs grassfed ground beef
1lb of pork sausage
5 stalks celery
Carrots
2 yellow onions
Large free-range organic whole chicken
3 limes
2 generous handfulls of fresh cilantro
Fresh Okra
1 can of diced tomatoes with onions
2 lbs. fresh shrimp
Coconut Aminos
Pork roast (5 pounds)
Salsa (8 ounces)
Bay leaves (2)
Tomato paste, 6 oz. (1 can)
Dijon mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Molasses
Chicken stock
Sweet potato fries
4 oz Dark chocolate
Cocoa Powder
1 can full-fat coconut milk (I love the Thai brand)
1/2 cup baby spinach
Peppermint flavoring
Dark Chocolate Chips
